From your Facebook homepage, you are enabled to delete a piece of message, all messages or an entire conversation at once according to your requirement.

To delete a message.

Action 1 Click "Messages" from the left column of the homepage.

Action 2 Open up the conversation where you intend to erase a message or messages.

Action 3 Select Remove Messages from the Actions menu.

Tip 4 Tick the checkboxes to select the messages you wish to remove.
